Privacy Policy

Evenground · Last updated 20 October 2026

Evenground is a non-clinical mental wellness app. This policy explains what the app stores, what the advertising it shows collects, and what choices you have. It is written to be read, not to be got through.

The short version

What stays on your device

The app saves what it needs on the phone itself, using the operating system's own storage. None of it is sent anywhere.

Deleting the app deletes all of it. There is no copy anywhere else, so there is also no way to restore it, and no way for me to recover it for you.

What the app does not do

Advertising

Evenground shows optional rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for unlocking themes and scenery. You never have to watch one. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, and Google acts as an independent third party that collects information through its advertising software included in the app.

Google's advertising software states that it collects the following:

WhatUsed forLinked to you
Device identifierAdvertising, analyticsYes
Advertising dataAdvertising, analyticsYes
Product interactionAdvertising, analyticsYes
Coarse location, derived from your IP address and not from GPSAdvertising, analyticsYes
Crash dataAnalyticsNo
Performance dataAdvertising, analyticsNo
Other diagnostic dataAdvertising, analyticsNo

This information is collected by Google, not by me. I do not receive it, and I cannot see it. Google's own privacy policy explains what it does with it: policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses data from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

This collection happens because the advertising software is part of the app, whether or not you ever choose to watch an ad.

Purchases

Evenground offers an optional subscription that removes ads and unlocks everything. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. Payment details are given to Apple and never to this app. The app is told only whether a subscription is currently active.

Crisis support links

The Crisis Support screen lists helplines. Tapping one opens your phone's own dialler or messaging app with the number filled in. The call or message is between you and that service. The app does not place the call, does not record that you tapped it, and sends nothing to anyone.

Children

Evenground is not directed to children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
